Our Products

All Tush Push Store products are original Tush Push® brand merchandise — proudly Pennsylvania-owned and Philly-inspired. Our products are not Amazon products and are not sold by Amazon. We are an independent brand that uses Amazon Logistics as one of our third-party shipping carriers.


Order Processing

  • Processing time: 2–5 business days before shipment
  • Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding major US holidays

Shipping & Delivery

Estimated delivery times after your order ships:

  • Domestic (US): 3–7 business days
  • International: 10–20 business days (availability varies by region)

These are estimates, not guarantees. Delays may occur during peak seasons or due to carrier conditions outside our control.


A Note on Amazon Logistics Tracking

Some of our orders are shipped via Amazon Logistics (AMZL), a third-party carrier. Please note:

Your order is a Tush Push® brand product — not an Amazon purchase. Amazon Logistics is simply the delivery carrier for some shipments, similar to how UPS or FedEx might deliver a package.

Because Amazon Logistics operates differently from traditional carriers, you may experience:

  • Delayed tracking updates or limited tracking visibility
  • A tracking link that takes 24–48 hours to become active
  • Delivery scans that appear only at the final delivery step

If your tracking link isn't updating, please allow 48 hours before reaching out — the package is likely still on its way.
